On Tuesday, February 28, 2012 the Staten Island Heart Society will host its 9th Annual Chefs' Extravaganza, at the Hilton Garden Inn. from 6:30 PM 0 10:00 PM.
The chairs for this year's low-fat, heart-healthy Mardi Gras themed event are Jack D'Angelo, M.D. and Allan B. Perel, M.D. Honorary co-chairs are Anthony Ferreri, CEO, Staten Island University Hospital and Richard Murphy, CEO, Richmond University Medical Center.
