First time and renewal students can take this class. The BLS for the Health Care Provider is for healthcare professionals such as: nurse, doctors, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, CNA's, EMT's and nursing students.
Students must pass a written test, and well as a skills test with an AHA instructor, to obtain a 2 year certification card.

This course is for the lay person, those whose workplace may require CPR training such as: city employees, teachers, coaches, lifeguards, scout leaders, and personal trainers. This course is also ideal for families & parents who would like a certified class.
